Sit & Stay Co.

This Pet Sitting Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Sit & Stay Co. (“Sitter”) and the pet owner (“Client”) to outline the terms of pet care services. By booking services with Sit & Stay Co., the Client agrees to the following:

1. Services Provided

Sit & Stay Co. will provide pet sitting services as agreed upon, which may include feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, medication administration, and general care. Any additional services must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Changes to bookings must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Payment & Fees

• Payment is due before services begin unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, Venmo, cash].
• Late payments may incur a fee of $XX per day.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate pet care instructions and disclose any medical or behavioral issues.
• Supply necessary pet food, medications, and supplies.
• Ensure safe access to the home/property.
• Inform Sit & Stay Co. of any changes to emergency contacts or veterinary details.

5. Emergency Care

If a pet requires medical attention, Sit & Stay Co. will attempt to contact the Client. If unreachable, Sit & Stay Co. is authorized to seek veterinary care at the Client’s expense.

6. Liability & Waiver

• Sit & Stay Co. is not responsible for pets that escape due to a faulty leash, collar, fence, or home access point.
• The Client releases Sit & Stay Co. from liability for injuries, illnesses, or damages that occur while the pet is in Sit & Stay Co.’s care, except in cases of proven negligence.
• The Client is responsible for any damages caused by their pet to Sit & Stay Co. sitters or property.

7. Key Handling (If Applicable)

If home access is required, Sit & Stay Co. will securely handle and return keys as per Client instructions.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Any prepaid services will be refunded at Sit & Stay Co’s discretion.

9. Agreement Acceptance

By booking services with Sit & Stay Co., the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
