Sit & Stay Co.

By using the services of Sit & Stay Co. (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services Provided

Sit & Stay Co. offers pet sitting, farm sitting, and home care services as agreed upon at the time of booking. All services are subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payments

• Full payment is due before services begin unless otherwise arranged.
• Accepted payment methods: [list payment options].
• Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate pet and home care instructions.
• Ensure safe access to the home/property.
• Disclose any behavioral or medical issues with pets.

5. Liability & Waiver

• Sit & Stay Co. is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages that occur while providing services, except in cases of proven negligence.
• The Client releases Sit & Stay Co. from liability related to pet behavior, home security, or veterinary emergencies.
• If a pet causes harm to a sitter, property, or other animals, the Client assumes full responsibility.

6. Emergency Care

• If a pet requires emergency care, Sit & Stay Co. will attempt to contact the Client.
• If the Client is unreachable, Sit & Stay Co. is authorized to seek veterinary care at the Client’s expense.

7. Key Handling & Home Access (If Applicable)

• Keys will be securely handled and returned as per Client instructions.
• Sit & Stay Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen keys once returned to the Client.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Client information will be kept confidential and only used for service-related purposes.
• Sit & Stay Co. will not share personal details with third parties without consent.

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.
• Sit & Stay Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a pet is aggressive, unsafe, or if conditions are unsuitable.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By booking a service with Sit & Stay Co., the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
