3. Payment & Fees

6. Liability & Insurance

• The Contractor assumes all risks related to pet sitting services and releases Sit & Stay Co. from liability for any injuries, damages, or claims arising from their work, except in cases of proven negligence by the Company.

7. Termination of Agreement
